HOW DO I PLACE
AN ORDER?
SO YOU WANT TO MAKE AN ORDER...
The first thing you need to do is fill out the form in the "contact us" section of the website or press the button below. Alternately, you are welcome to send an email to Enquiries@petiteboulangerie.co.uk
Please include as much detail as possible, including a rough budget for the cake and any pictures if applicable; the more details we have upfront, the easier it is to figure out costs.
Our dedicated team will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
WHAT DO WE CHARGE?
Since all of our orders tend to be fully bespoke, it is hard to give any specific prices for the cakes we make. However this section will hopefully give you some understanding as to how I come up with my prices.
I charge £25 per hour, plus cost of ingredients, and for anyone who wants their cakes delivered, we can deliver for a fee.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm the order which will automatically book you in and save your date. The remaining 50% is to be paid 48 hours prior to collection or delivery.
Deposits are non-refundable, and any orders that are cancelled will have the choice to pick another date as long as the cancellation is 14 days before the event.
*Please note, fully bespoke cakes/ desserts take a LONG time to design, create, and make. Our cakes are made with real dedication, hard work and passion; no factory processes involved - which means we make EVERYTHING ourselves!! If you are unhappy with the price, we may be able to make changes, in order to fit your budget, but please be realistic with your expectations, and don't ask us to make a masterpiece for pennies.*
