Our team is dedicated to working closely with the couple to ensure that every detail of the cake, from the initial sketches to the final product, is tailored to their preferences and vision for their special day. With our commitment to quality and attention to detail, we are confident that we can create a cake that will be a memorable centerpiece for any wedding celebration.

Booking a Wedding Cake

MAKING CONTACT
You need to give us a call or fill out our form on the "Contact Us" page and give us an idea of date, amount of people, location and design ideas. Once we've confirmed availability, we can have an initial discussion about your wedding visions, allowing us to go into more detail on the ideal cake for you and your partner. To secure your preferred date in our calendar, we require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit will be deducted from your final estimate. Once the deposit is settled, you can relax knowing that your date is reserved only for you. You can opt to pay the deposit through BACS or in cash.

CONSULTATION
Approximately 6-8 months before the wedding, we will schedule a meeting to dive into all things cake. Our consultation process is designed to be comprehensive and tailored to your specific needs, ensuring that every aspect of your cake is discussed thoroughly. During the meeting, which typically lasts around an hour, we will delve into all the exciting details surrounding your wedding, including your ideas, colour schemes, and any samples you may have, such as ribbons or bridesmaids' dresses. We will also show you previous cakes we have created, if you need some help with design elements.
Our consultation process covers various aspects of your cake, including sizes, flavors, design elements, colors, and any other questions you may have. We are here to offer guidance and ideas to help you make a decision, ensuring that your cake seamlessly aligns with your chosen theme.

CAKE TASTING
We have two options for you:
1. You can purchase a cake taster box which includes 6 popular flavours for you to try, and make a decision in your own time - these cost £35
2. We can do a cake tasting session at the consultation, however this will only include 3 flavours of your choice and the cost will be added to your final bill. You can also asked for this to be packed to try at home with friends or family.
A bit of advice... try different flavours for different tiers, we have lots of flavours to choose from, so make the most of them!
Following your consultation/ tasting, we will send you an email containing a sketch of your cake and a detailed document/quote that reflects the discussions and decisions made during the consultation. This allows you to review and consider the cake design and pricing at your convenience.
4.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Once you have sent us an email, approved your design, and selected your desired flavours, payment for your cake is due. We will take an initial 50% payment and the remainder to be paid 48hrs before the wedding day. As it may be a stressful time, you can pay it at your earliest connivence but just keep in touch with us.
By confirming via email, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, ensuring a smooth and organised process.We understand that the time leading up to your big day can be hectic, but rest assured that everything has been taken care of.
During the week preceding your wedding, we will coordinate with your venue to arrange the delivery of your cake. This ensures that every detail is managed, allowing you to fully enjoy your incredible day without any worries. We will not leave until we are confident that everything is perfect!After your wedding, you will have cherished memories and stunning images of your special day, and we would be absolutely thrilled if you chose to share them with us.
